Anzac day, we have been picking a total of 138kg this weekend and the mill has processed 9 times (along with the press). Worth it though for the end product.
We have almost passed our first and second year’s picking and there are still more olives to go. The trees have done us proud this year.
Looks wonderful I can smell it all the way in Wales !
